Global Trade Finance Fund (Borrowers)

FGR 3S UK P2P High Income Fund and FGR 3S Global Trade Finance Fund are mutual funds administered by 3S Capital Partners B.V., each established under the laws of the Netherlands and registered as alternative investment funds (AIFs) and exempt manager respectively with the Dutch financial regulator, AFM. The Crypto Tracker Fund operates as an AIF structured as a limited partnership (C.V.). 3S Capital Partners B.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of New Digital Holdings Limited (NDHL), a UK-registered company in which 3S Money Club Limited holds a significant minority interest. 3S Money Club Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011.
